Life brings us challenges at every age—whether we’re navigating anxiety, relationship dynamics, identity questions, or moments of deep grief. Sometimes, we feel stuck in the struggle. But I believe that within those hard places, there’s also a choice: to grow, to heal, and to become more fully ourselves. I’m here to walk alongside you in that process, helping you find your voice, your strength, and your next steps.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, especially those exploring identity, managing anxiety, or moving through transitions in relationships, school, or career. I have a particular passion for supporting clients from the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and never judged. I hope that you’ll leave each session feeling more grounded, more empowered, and more connected to yourself.

As a Vietnamese American woman raised by immigrant parents who survived the Vietnam War, I know firsthand how heavy cultural expectations can feel—especially when emotional expression wasn’t modeled or welcomed. For clients who’ve grown up in families where emotions were hidden or discouraged, I offer a space where nothing is off-limits and your full story is welcome. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

In session, I take a gentle directive approach. We’ll revisit your goals frequently, and I’ll be honest with you while maintaining warmth and empathy. I believe that healing happens both inside and outside the therapy room, so I may invite you to try small reflection exercises or practices between sessions—always tailored to what feels supportive for you.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I like playing tennis, dancing, and traveling when I have time.

“I provide culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, growth-oriented care for adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and seek to provide a non-judgmental, comfortable space where people feel safe to share their stories.”
